Get Spooky at the Logan Arts Festival Halloween Costume Competition!

Halloween is coming to Hillcrest this October, and we want to see Logan’s scariest, funniest and most creative costumes!

The Logan Arts Festival is being held on Saturday 31 October 2026 from 10 am to 6 pm, and because the festival lands right on Halloween, we’re adding a huge Halloween Costume Competition to the day.

Kids, teenagers, adults and seniors are all invited to dress up and get involved.

Whether you’ve spent weeks creating an elaborate costume, thrown together something completely ridiculous, or have a costume terrifying enough to make our judges run for cover, there’s a category for you.

More Than a Costume Competition

Make a day of it!

The Logan Arts Festival 2026 will bring together local artists, performers, community organisations and businesses for a day of creativity and connection.

There will be an art exhibition, live music and performances, market stalls, creative activities, community displays, food and plenty to explore throughout the day.

The festival is being presented by Access Logan Inc., a Logan-based not-for-profit organisation supporting community connection, inclusion and participation through arts, wellbeing and social activities.

Our goal is to create opportunities for people to get out of the house, meet others, participate in their community and experience the positive impact that creativity and social connection can have on wellbeing.
