Building friendships, exploring new interests, and feeling part of something bigger—that’s what NDIS social and community participation is all about. At Access Logan Inc., we know how powerful connection can be, especially when it aligns with your NDIS goals.
That’s why we’ve created a safe, inclusive space for participants to engage in meaningful activities that support their development, wellbeing, and independence.
Here are five local events you can attend through Access Logan that directly support your NDIS plan.
Location: Unit 1, 1–3 Helen Street, Hillcrest QLD 4118
NDIS Goals Supported: Building social skills, community access, increasing independence
Our monthly Morning Tea is more than just a friendly get-together. It’s a space where participants, families, carers, and providers can come together to ask questions, share stories, and build peer networks.
This event is especially helpful for those new to the NDIS or looking for clarity on how to use their plan effectively. And best of all—it’s peer-led, relaxed, and welcoming.
NDIS Goals Supported: Social participation, communication, confidence building
Nothing breaks the ice like a fun game of bingo. Our Bingo Nights are a favourite for many participants looking to connect socially in a lighthearted and accessible way.
Participants gain confidence by engaging with others, listening, responding, and having a great time in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. We even have themed nights throughout the year!
NDIS Goals Supported: Creative expression, emotional regulation, communication skills
Run in partnership with local artists and educators, Artz Academy delivers inclusive art workshops that are perfect for participants who want to explore creativity and develop fine motor, emotional, or expressive skills.
The sessions are tailored to individual abilities and are held in supportive, small-group settings that encourage connection and personal growth.

NDIS Goals Supported: Trying new experiences, community inclusion, personal development
From group outings to cultural events, creative workshops to wellness sessions, Access Logan offers a rotating calendar of activities that align with innovative community participation goals.
We help you discover what lights you up, and then help you access or co-create events that support that. Whether you’re into gardening, dance, music, or movement—we’ll help make it happen.
NDIS social events aren’t just for fun—they’re essential tools for meeting plan goals. At Access Logan, we make sure each activity is:
✅ Inclusive – all abilities welcome.
✅ Qualified – supported by people who trained and well-experienced.
✅ Flexible – tailored to your goals and interests - ask us today.
✅ Safe – physically and emotionally
And most importantly, we keep participants in the driver’s seat—you choose how you want to connect.
You can attend any of these events through NDIS funding (depending on your plan), or just come along and meet the community.
