Looking for a space where NDIS participants can connect, talk, and build confidence and routines together?

A weekly space designed for NDIS participants who want to build confidence, social connections, and everyday life skills in a supportive and relaxed environment. This isn’t just a social hangout — it’s a structured group focused on real-life skills and meaningful community participation.

Each session includes:
• Men’s discussion topics (confidence, routines, mental wellbeing, independence, friendships, and relationships)
• Life skills development
• Shared morning tea or lunch
• Community outings and activities

Our goal is to help participants:
 Build routine and structure
 Improve social confidence
 Develop practical life skills
