Community Health & Wellbeing Awareness – Information Session

Join us at Access Logan Inc. in Hillcrest for a welcoming community information session focused on health, wellbeing, confidence and connection.

This free community-focused session brings together local health and service providers to share practical information, answer questions and help individuals, families, carers and community members better understand the support and services available to them.

Throughout the morning, you'll hear from NevMed, Hiya Health and Speech Care, with presentations covering confident movement and mobility, pathways to better health and wellbeing, and the importance of communication and speaking up for your health.

There will also be plenty of time to enjoy a coffee, meet local providers, ask questions and connect with others in the community.
