Friday After School Art Program

Finish the school week with creativity at Artz Academy’s Friday After School Art Program, a welcoming weekly art class for young people aged 8 to 17 years.

Students explore a variety of artists, art styles, materials and techniques through practical, hands-on projects. Sessions may include drawing, painting, collage, printmaking, sculpture and mixed media, giving students opportunities to experiment and discover new ways to create.

Each class supports students to develop their understanding of the elements and principles of art, strengthen practical art-making skills and build confidence in expressing their own creative ideas.

No advanced art experience is required. Students are encouraged to work at their own level in a relaxed and supportive environment where creativity, experimentation and individual expression are encouraged.

The Friday After School Art Program is delivered by Artz Academy at Access Logan Inc and runs as a recurring weekly program.
