Men's Shed
Greenbank RSL Sub-Branch supports current and former Australian Defence Force personnel, veterans and their families throughout Hillcrest, Greenbank and the wider Logan community.
The Sub-Branch provides practical support, advocacy, welfare and wellbeing services for members of the veteran community. Its services include assistance with DVA claims and pensions, emergency support, wellbeing services, referrals and opportunities for social connection and camaraderie.
Greenbank RSL Sub-Branch also plays an important role in the wider community through commemorative services, relationships with local schools and cadet units, aged care outreach and community activities that recognise the service and sacrifice of Australian Defence Force personnel.
The Sub-Branch encourages connection and participation through initiatives including its Men's Shed, Women's Auxiliary, Drop-in Centre and community programs, helping create welcoming spaces where veterans and community members can build friendships, remain active and support one another.
Through its connection with Access Logan Inc., Greenbank RSL Sub-Branch contributes valuable community knowledge, local relationships and opportunities for greater social connection across Logan.
